Adult evaluations are completed virtually, and childhood evaluations are completed in person.

Autism Evaluation

• A structured clinical observation is used as part of the evaluation process.
• Includes cognitive, language, motor, adaptive, and social/emotional testing, as well as administration of the  ADOS-2.

Feedback regarding results occurs at a separate, 3rd appointment

A meeting between the psychologist and parents/caregivers to discuss the assessment findings, review results, and explore potential recommendations. Caregivers will be provided with a detailed diagnostic report for comprehensive insights.

Consultation

The initial 15-minute consultation is complimentary. This allows us to determine if an evaluation is appropriate for your needs, ensuring you receive the right support.

Evaluation

For the thorough interview, there is a one-time fee that contributes to the overall cost of the evaluation, which is a flat rate. The initial charge for the interview will be billed at the beginning of the interview. The remaining balance will be charged at the start of the feedback session, ensuring a seamless process from evaluation results.

Fees are charged at the beginning of the appointment.

Payment Options

A credit card is required to secure your appointment. This will only be used to cover any late cancellations or no-show fees, as outlined in the patient paperwork you will receive upon booking.

• Adult Autism Evaluation (Virtual): $995
• Childhood Evaluation (In-person): $2,300
• All services are private pay. Fees are due at the time of service.

Insurance

Arizona Autism Diagnostic Center does not accept insurance at this time. We can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
