Virtual - from home
Not months or years
California waitlists for adult autism evaluations typically run 6 to 18 months. We schedule new clients within weeks of inquiry — so you get answers when you actually need them.
The average private autism evaluation in California costs $2,500–$5,000. Ours is $995, period. No hidden fees. We provide documentation for possible out-of-network insurance reimbursement.
Complete your entire evaluation from home. No commuting across California, no time off work, no childcare scrambles. All you need is a quiet space and a reliable internet connection.
You receive a thorough written diagnostic report with practical next steps — not a data dump. Written to be understood by you, your employer, your school, or your therapist.
Many evaluators primarily see children. We specialize in adults — including those who masked for decades, received other diagnoses, or were told as children they "didn't seem autistic."
Our evaluator holds an active California psychologist license. Your evaluation is legally valid for any California purpose — employment, school accommodations, or personal clarity.
Four steps from inquiry to answers. The entire process is virtual and completed within a few weeks.
Fill out our short contact form or call (602) 834-8374. Tell us a little about yourself and what's brought you here. We'll follow up within one business day.
Before your evaluation session, you'll complete a detailed intake packet covering your developmental history, current challenges, and any prior diagnoses. This helps us make the most of your session time.
Your evaluation takes place over a secure video platform. It includes a clinical interview and standardized assessment tools, including the ADOS-2 (the gold standard for autism diagnosis). Most evaluations are completed in a single session.
Within 2–3 weeks of your session, you'll receive a comprehensive written diagnostic report. We'll schedule a brief debrief call to walk you through the findings, answer questions, and discuss next steps.

Yes. Our evaluator holds an active California psychologist license. The evaluation and resulting diagnostic report are fully valid for any California purpose, including employer accommodations, university disability services, and medical records.
No referral is required. You can contact us directly to begin the intake process. Many of our clients come to us independently, without any prior professional referral.
We are a private pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. However, we provide a detailed superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan — we recommend contacting your insurer to ask about your OON benefits before booking.
Most clients complete the full process — from initial inquiry to receiving their written report — within 3 to 5 weeks. This is significantly faster than the 6 to 18 month waitlists common at California-based providers.
Many adults, particularly women and people of color, were missed or misdiagnosed by earlier evaluations that used outdated frameworks. We welcome second-opinion evaluations and take a thorough, current approach to assessment.
Absolutely. Autism exists across a wide spectrum and many autistic adults are highly capable professionals who have developed strong coping strategies. This does not make their challenges less real — or a diagnosis less valid or useful.
